How to control your mind and thoughts?

From ancient times, human philosophers have recognized the importance of the mind in governing human affairs. They knew that a person's outward appearance was a result of his inner thoughts and actions. They realized that if a person thinks of wealth, he will be rich, and if thoughts are of poverty, success and failure would produce consistent results in one's circumstances. Thus, a person needs to control his mind. Yoga has certain techniques related to the science of mind control. We will learn the nature of the mind as seen by yoga in this article. Shankaracharya described the mind in four different ways in terms of its functions: manas of solving and skepticism work; judging by decision and judgment; the Asmita of knowing its existence and the chita of remembering a previous experience. The mind is a vast collection of thoughts and traits of the past. When you are born, your mind is a collection of samskaras collected in addition to the previous birth. Those samskaras, whose ripe fruit has been wiped clean, but as you grow older, new samskaras are constantly being added because of the various actions you take from birth to death. This translates to the law of karma which states that the events of a person's life are the result of past deeds and his mind at birth contains samskaras from his previous birth. Yoga recognizes five aspects, fundamental to the mind of everyone. They are called collages because they are the ancestors of all human misery. These are: avidya which is false information or ignorance of a person's true identity with objects; the feeling of asthma or ego as in yoga, body, and soul are two distinct elements; raga is a love of fun experiences; dvesha or disgusting pain; abstinence or fear of death. Yoga recognizes human behavior from the point of view of these five attributes that are thought to exist in the human body from birth and are regarded as a mental impurity. They make a person unstable and angry. So yoga has provided a way for dhyana and pranayam to cleanse your mind.

Negative thoughts are unpleasant, frightening, and a source of anxiety. They also destroy a happy life. Now think of those ideas — big, powerful, and noisy. That's what it feels like for someone with ADHD. All thoughts are nurtured, strengthened, and enlarged; making it impossible to work or to think about anything and anyone else. No matter what your mental illness style (ADHD or not) is, no one escapes the curse of negative thinking. However, it has a positive side. (Don't move, we'll get to that soon.) Negative thoughts absorb the joy of your day; Negative thinking begins with one small thought. It is an explosive device, like a small rock breaking off an iceberg and falling into an avalanche, collapsing uncontrollably. Suddenly, you are buried beneath and you cannot get out. All Day And All Night; Sunlight does not prevent indifference. 3:00 in the dark, he tries to sleep; but spontaneous anxiety, fear, and frightening dramas come from the depths of your lower mind. Like a broken alarm clock, you can't turn it off. Negative thoughts have no boundaries; Out of your control, you do not end their cruel cycle.

How to Disturb Your Thoughts- Evil; Your first defense is "disruptive." A tactic used by parents of young children. Frustrated and unable to stop the crying baby because his favorite blanket had been left in the restaurant, the parents introduced a new bright and shiny object to distract the child from his or her grief. Are you still using the "disruptive method" to humble yourself? Certainly, I am! If I want to stop the negligence in my mind, the first thing I do is reach for something fun. Cookies are the medicine of my choice. But a piece of chocolate and anything sweet seems to take my mind off those disturbing, unpleasant thoughts. It's weird, but it's true. If you a very watchful person who finds relief sitting in front of the TV for hours; watching Zombies, Politics, or Swords in Westeros? Absorbed, there is no mental space for the entry of one bad thought.

Sadly, some self-indulgent behavior is harmful. It is easy to start abusing alcohol, drugs, food, video games, gambling, work, shopping, yes, even the internet. Thanks to technology, we do not have to be alone with our busy minds.

Have you ever tried to stop your negative thoughts by eating a potato bag or a pint of Talent ice cream until you feel full, you can only imagine how bad you feel? Which leads to you feeling bad about yourself because you can’t control your emotions. By then, you are far removed from your original evil thought; you can't even remember what it was. Yes! Disruption has been a success.

The Benefits of Mind Control; here are some reasons why it is important to interrupt your thoughts positively.

You, Will, Feel Like a Strong Hero;

Mental power does not allow your mind to wander. There is nothing worse than falling into a perpetual abyss of darkness. And there is nothing that sounds better than hanging out in the dark, finding light, and putting you on the road to safety. You will feel more powerful than ever.

You will have less conflict;

When negative thoughts enter your mind, you can lose your temper. Feeling calm, you have the power to isolate yourself from the conflict. Small things seem to be small things that you should not fight. Ask yourself: 'Is this appropriate for my time, energy, and mental health? Key issues can be handled in a productive, respectful manner.

You will sleep better;

It does not mean that bad dreams and disturbing dreams will not come. You can't stop them. BUT- you can learn how to get rid of them and go back to sleep, instead of throwing and turning in the dark for another three hours.

You will be your mentor;

Repetitive behaviors (even mental ones) are ingrained in your unconscious mind. The more you practice controlling your thoughts, the more part you have. Soon it will be natural. When absence strikes and you need to fight it, your unconscious mind automatically expresses a good distraction.
